Some of the flames in this level can hurt you when you are under them. The glitch makes the level harder.

It's no glitch. And a sign should mention that only the black tiles are always safe.
Maybe you haven't read it or forgot it. It's actually no glitch.

At the beginning of the level,I went below the ice block with the shine in it.
Suddenly,I got squashed between the books and the ice block.
Then,I teleported to the roof and I got the shine. :shock:

Hahahahahaha. I haven't thought about running against the books with twice pressing right. It seems you found a glitch in my level. (Even if I don't think it affects the gameplay, though.) Meh. I won't fix that. Since you don't get stucked without shine sprite. Just a little secret shine sprite then. Thanks for telling me.

Anyway, this is a great level! There is a lot of originality here. Those flames were pretty cool, but what were they supposed to be in the level itself? You did explain that you could get burnt by them if you avoid the black bricks.

The temple was near-perfect! Those pillars outside were clever (you used mos-- *is shot*). I'm glad you added at those *truck passes by loudly* above the te--*another truck passes by loudly*. It added onto the replay value, and made things a little easier beforehand.
The inside of the temple was challenging, yet still maintained the fun factor. It was great overall. My only issue, however, is that if you fail to jump over the block past the Green Platforms you'll have to (if you prefer not to jump into the pit) wait for both walls to meet, and that causes you to teleport to the top of the tiles above. This glitch can be fixed by clearing an opening in-between the teleportation path, then adding a hazard inside it.
I discovered this solution by accident on my "Battered Bastion" level. When I was mysteriously pushed sideways into a wall and level transition (next to the Thwomp by the Start Position), entering the other side had made me teleport upward. I coincidentally had an crack in the wall (they were all over the place,anyway) interupt the teleportation (avoiding an epic shortcut). But since THAT was a super-ultra-mega-neo-uber rare glitch, I left the opening empty. (Sorry if I went too much into detail.)

Back on-topic...Overall, this level was very excellent, but the "wall issue" made the temple feel a little weird to me. Also, some things may need a little bit more explanation.
You almost received five stars from me, but I'll leave you with four for now.

I somehow think that's a bit too strict, a yellow coin misplacement (unless it's reeeeally wonky compared to everything else) shouldn't really have a point deduction or even be brought up. There are tons of yellow coins throughout a level, chances are at least one of them will be misplaced at some point or another. (using Ctrl helps but it's not compulsory, lawl)

All this aside, I was actually coming here to comment on the level. I do think your style in quality hasn't changed much, in fact your gameplay still feels fresh and new. It was a bit short I suppose, and there could've been more décor inside but overall this was a nice attempt. (plus you gotta love those fire snakes)

That wasn't part of the deductions. I accidentally put it in the wrong portion of the review. It was supposed to be as a little notice. I'll go fix it so nobody else mistakes that.

I rushed the level a bit in the end. I also planned first to make a little series out of it. After finishing the transition I need to tell that I just made the end there and done. I didn't knew that even if I knew about the issues and stopped it pretty early, still people like it. My next levels will get very unusual themes. I will going to fix what you mentioned there Triple J. Thanks.

I think rushing levels in the end isn't very useful and screwed some stuff up. About the coin. I think I will fix it with the next update.
