My levels do the exact opposite of what they should do to other people.

I make them to show people that everything is possible. This is one of the more impossible things. I agree there.
It would be nice if these things motivate people to do out of the box levels or just try to invent something by theirself.

Also. Don't give up. There is no need to compete with my latest levels. One lost already and this here was mainly used to show the neat new trick I found.

That's a bit confusing for me right now. I don't intend to make people jealous with my levels. Like mentioned above. I do it mainly for the fun I get with them and trying to inspire/motivate other people.

Still don't know if I should be happy or sad about these reactions. : /

Also edited the layers of the level a bit. One shadow was a bit off too. And added a fitting music theme.

Well BY, sometimes it's okay to get those ass-kicking concepts and get comments like this.

Some levels are made for inspiring or motivating people, yes, but sometimes people get jealous of them too.

It's okay if someone is jealous of you, it usually means something about you makes them wish they could do it.

Also it's perfectly natural for people to get jealous, and tbh I can see why people are jealous of this. And it's mainly because they wish that they could have thought of this.

But hey- better jealousy than true hate, right?
Because I used to get so upset at just the slightest criticism (I am a perfectionist) I actually trained myself to think that the bad comments were out of jealousy and by improving on them people would stop getting jealous. I know that's not the best way to think...but put it this way- it saved a lot of pain.

Then again different things work for different people. I just found that this is really useful for me.

Wow, the graphics are AMAZING! It actually looks like an optical illusion. The level was a bit short, but I think that's just because this is a 3D test run. How do you make it so that you get multiple layers on the screen like that?

Anyway, 4/5. You are a hard worker.

Well, this is probably just me, but I keep finding it to be a "good" level. It seemed like a nice attempt, but I cannot buy this. I wish I could rate this higher, but I feel this could only get as high as a 3.15/5 from me.

Here's what I feel:

A problem with this idea is that it can be very hard to tell where the floor really is. This can really hinder gameplay, and I find it to be too confusing. It was still executed very well, but there might be some way you could help indicate the point of the platforms that Mario'll land in. I don't know...

This also kind of throws away the concept of this game's... gameplay. You proved that 100% two-dimensional games can have a hint of 3D effects, but it makes the gameplay feel weird. I didn't enjoy it much, partially because of that...

Another issue I have with this- is that it's potentially difficult to distinguish things between 2D or 3D of effect. That may also cause confusion.

Sorry if I hurt this level too much, but I personally do not think it is possible, with a game like this, to make a level 3D AND amazing. IMO you could have done better with this level.
This doesn't mean you can't! You have incredible talent when it comes to designing! I think of you as a prodigy!
The problem here was that you could have given this level a bit more thought. Nothing disappointing happened here. I blame the second dimension. lolololololol

I mostly agree with you. But like the user above you told. This was mainly a test run of the graphics. (Mainly wanted to show what's possible with the designer. Also if I should keep working at it or people just overly hate it.)
