There was a good variety of platforming here. The hunt for the Red Coins kept me engaged, especially since they were slightly harder to spot than I first anticipated. The puzzle itself was also thought through; I noticed you tested the level thoroughly, as well.
A couple problems, however, were that some enemies were useless. They were, at times, no threat, and that made them boring sometimes. It was also a bit to straight-forward... at times, again.

Graphics: 3/5

I'd say the graphics were okay. Nothing mind-blowing here. Even though they were usually where they were needed, some areas looked plain. There were also some places that I found to be too flat. Try to add a little more variety to the landscapes!

Other: 3.175/5

+.25: I liked how you placed the Hover FLUDD. It was kinda cool how you made it so that you always collect the installment JUST as the box opens!
-.05: Slight loading time and lag.
-.1: Pointless or barely overused enemies.
+.075: I liked the placements of the Red Coins!

Overall: 12.675/20 → 2.535/5 > 3/5 Stars (Barely!)

This level was pretty average. I liked it, but it could be much better. For your second level, this is actually somewhat good. Many designers start out like this, and with more practice and diligence, you could reach higher ranks!
