You have to take a block and set the Size to 5. Then you change the block type and put the block on the eyes of the Koopa.
ByEdit: Don't forget to use a disabled koopa. God dammit mega. He belongs to Gamer Gap. :3

It was short, but I think that was the intention. Gameplaywise it was a bit bland... :S Great wintry graphics though!
