Like you said, it doesn't look like a city, you should work on that.
I like the car.
The minipeople idea was cool.
The bridge was nice.
The jumping puzzle was hard at times, but I finished it.
You didn't give any warning you needed to pull the switch, which was really annoying. I didn't really want to go back and do that jumping puzzle, so I simply didn't finish the level.

The "lava" was neat. Those flying cave tiles don't kill you, but throw you up so high that it takes a while to fall back down again. I don't know if that was intentional.

It would be cool if the player actually has to get inside the car to start it, instead of just jumping on it.

There is no indication of what the switch does. I explored the level for a minute or two before exiting out of the level to view it in the designer, where I found the jumping area, which was pretty difficult. You should use a move camera effect to show what the switch does.

The normal gravity section of the castle area had okay decor, but the upside-down section was completely empty.

In terms of graphics, the rest of the level was pretty bland, but the bridge and the houses were nice.

The purple knight boss had too much HP. Maybe lower it to the 10-20 range.

Overall, I'd say 3/5
