I have found a glitch. Do not dive near the end because you will fall in the lava. Even though you are metal, you get crushed by a lava cube and die. There is no escape from this hazard.

I think you´re good creating levels, but try to make levels harder than this and that´s not a glicht, simply it´s part of the game, because mario gets crushed when a tile isn´t his size.
