I hate to give bad ratings to people, but I really want to help you learn to make good levels.
Using the classic LDC rating scale, I'll rate your level and highlight the key points that you need to work on.

Fun: 0.1/10 - I really didn't have any fun playing this level. There are quite a few reasons why. For starters, the starting area was very boring. In the future, either add some landscape and terrain, or put the starting pipe right next to you.
Second, you placed a red coin at the start that just takes up time when its the only one in the level. This would be much better to just be taken out.
Next, the fire area was much to difficult, to the territory of being near impossible. That platforming would be hard on its own without the added fire pillars.
Finally, this level I noticed was impossible to finish. Areas like the entrance to the sky chamber, for example. At the start of that section, you made an impossible jump from a penguin to a thwomp. The vertical distance is much too great to accomplish.
Graphics: 0.2/5 There is very little detail and no decoration within this level. As stated before, the long area at the start was very bland and had nothing that I wanted to look at. While the elemental chamber idea is nice, it really doesn't fit with the theme of a sun god. Water, for example, certainly doesn't work well in that instance.
At the start of the Fire area, you can see the empty space below the floor and the pipe that's there. Maybe flesh out the floors to make sure that doesn't happen.
Finally, the items, enemies, and pipes were not lined up. Some of them didn't even connect with the wall that they're on.
The one good thing I noticed was how you stuck to the one tileset. This works well for beginners, where using more than 1 might mess it up, or in areas where setting 2 tilesets doesn't quite fit.

-1 There are an insane amount of coins in the blocks you placed at the end of the water section, so much that it caused severe lag to me when I broke a block.
-1 Connecting to the previous point, if you collect all of these coins, you'll get lag through the next section. Considering what that section is, its not something you want.
-0.5 When you enter the entrance to the sky, you fall too far and are forced to take damage.
Total: 0.8/20 - I had really no fun playing this level. I hope that you take the time to read this and please work harder in the future.
