The title that shows up in the Portal level list is what he used for this topic's subject (with the full name). The name that appears when playing the level is different, which is what he used for the title in the level code itself (without the first half).

For the level itself [in a short review/summary]:

• It could have used more decor and less enemies.
• The disabled Shine Sprite NPC can be confused with the real one, even if you implied that it is a "character" in your series. How about you decorate it a bit for some distinction?
• The cave tiles don't fit well with the level's theme/background. Try some other things that look more suitable, like stone tiles. They're less likely to be confused with cavern surfaces.
• I sort of liked the big monsters you made out of platforms and such, but it can make things confusing or hard to get around.
• All that fire doesn't work well with an evergreen landscape at all. It wasn't even that grassy nor tree-filled to begin with, expect for a few places, like the very beginning.
• The switch teleporters felt awkward being where they were placed. The blocks they triggered were also visible due to a "non-instant" timer.
• The fire at the end wasn't necessary. I couldn't tell it was disabled, and it just came out of the blue.

To sum that up:
