This is a very cool level! I don't have the gravity, but I hope you enjoy, by the way this only has four planets. This also has a finish light in earth, just in case! When you first play it, you will be on earth!

Why would you 1. make exploring near impossible with an air meter, defeating the purpose of the level and 2. put the exit point right next to the start point?

I'm sorry, but this is a video game. Things don't need to be realistic. In Last Legacy, one of the main draws is expected to be the nonlinear structure of the main story. Runouw himself released an overworld map with a large amount of spread out levels, suggesting the user has free roaming. Restricting the exploration of the character, be it a freeze meter or an air meter, seems really unruly in my eyes and offsets the abilities of the character.

As for the exit point right next to the start point, that nullifies the point of the level. If you want to make exploring the main point of the level (which is what I think the designer intended,) then putting your start and exit points right next to each other is completely and totally pointless.
