And damn, that was pretty clever. My virtual lips will be sealed from this point on.

Wow, I thought it would be easy to find the thing. I thought it would be a 3.7/5 (difficulty level) puzzle!

For a newcomer it's indeed well done. I haven't seen something amazing nor has there been something trully bad. The amount of detail and the gameplay weren't overwhelming as well. It's a nice level but it's missing something that wants you to play it again after a while. It's probably better to go for smaller levels or split them. Those massive levels cause especially troubles in SM63.
Mainly talking about loading time issues here. I don't feel like scratching up a list with issues and such right now. :3

4/5 Keep improving by making more levels and try to go for a bit smaller but more detailed ones.

I know about the lag. The unnecessary (off-screen) tiles are always loaded for some weird reason. And theres no blank tiles :!: Errr... I have a ton of levels in my archive.

Well. That's the last thing that was missing. I need to ask. when did you actually start level designing? And maybe also where?

I'm asking this because I've about 50 in my files as well. Just am too much of a perfectionist to post them ever. hehe

Everyone has that unique style in LDing. Your one is similar to another LDer I know. : P

WHO WhO wHO??? just kidding, I've been designing for two years (yes, before i joined this site! HA) i got more experience. From viewing levels, viewing level tricks and more. Oh! I started making this level for three days. (made a few weeks ago) Um... I made some levels that are to experiment with things. I also found a cool level trick! I won't tell you here.

Not important who I'm talking about. : P

Once you get enough constructive critic and join maybe a few LDC's you will become a good designer in no time.
Looks for me like you are easily capable of doing great in the future.

Since I know some tricks as well. You grabbed my attention. What's the trick about? It's ok if you don't want to tell. But I'm always waiting for seeing something unique that hasn't been used before.

About those other levels in your files. Is there something you have the most faith in it? I'd love to see that one. We should also move this discussion rather to a PM conversation than going off topic in this level topic. : )

I think I should make a topic on how I make my levels like a Nintendo Level or putting the finest trick. Or we could like you know, do the PM! Ha!
