It doesn't work. ( and yes I do have patience ) Since you placed Mario under the level, it won't work.

He moves at the start (X and Y speed). And the block moves him too. What happened?

The screen doesn't show Mario for a while. Then it just takes me back to the Level Designer.

Hmmm... I do know graphic quality affects things...

I used Low Quality and The SM63.exe.

I might move Mario a little higher.

I think you'll have to move Mario ONTO the level to fix it.
