Sorry This Was Supposed To Be Named The Big Adventure Ep 2 not Mario's Adventure Ep 2 Luigi and Use Luigi In This Level By Going To The Level Desighner Room In Peach's Castle and Then Go to the Room To Change Character From Mario To Luigi.

Just use the Edit button in the upper right corner of your post and change the title there. It's as simple as that.
I'm for my part never playing a level forcing me to use Luigi. Just saying.

Edit: Holy spam. Reduce the amount of enemies and you are not needing Luigi at all.
