Okay, I'm going to honestly say this level has no effort put into it at all. You completely overused bullet bills, that entrance was, well, not very well made, and what kind of a level has 1 silver star? Also it was incredibly easy. 1/5.

Instead of telling him that he's as good as you've been in the beginning, you could have given constructive criticism. This doesn't help him at all, maybe even put him down.

I'm personally seeing effort in this level. I know many good levels with only one silver star. Sometimes differently used, but this is no valid reason for me. About the bullet bills. I'm agreeing there that this could have been reduced by a bit. A bit of cut off could have been removed in the first transition.
This level is by far better than you make it out to be. Especially for a newcomer.
