Here is my opinion on this level.

The level was too short,but the tiling variation is okay. Actually,you shouldn't put too much cannons,boos and bullies cramped in one place;they just lag the level,and they should be spread out through the level. The concept of grabbing the Metal Star and the Invisible Star and rushing through the thwomps is pretty good,however this concept can be better implemented in the level by preventing the stars to be too easy to get. You can also make a block slowly descend down,requiring Mario to rush to the other end before he get squashed and burned if the timer of the stars run out. A (usually) better alternative is using your own ideas and creativity,too. It would be much more fun if it has actually a storyline in it,since it is a level series.

With all these (seek better advice from a level mod),I'm confident you can make better levels in the future.
