I'm approving this despite the cutoff because of the effort being so clear (and the cutoff here wasn't too severe anyway). I am almost positive you were unaware of the concept of cutoff as everything else was too good for the cutoff to make me disapprove this, making me think that you actually tried to make it good.

However, I disapproved the "second Act" because the cutoff was just too widespread, even if you made the level good otherwise. Cutoff is something that I highly recommend to avoid.



Anyway, this level, I'd say, is average. It is still good, but it isn't a trend to stay with when looking for improvement. There's the cutoff, but that could easily be avoided with awareness. The platforming is okay; nothing really stands out in my eyes, but it's still got some appeal to it. Also, the level is a little too easy - it helps to spread things out.
There is one thing that confuses me: the door; it is literally useless, along with those nearby Blue Coins. You have to pass its destination, not too far from it, to reach it, but it is still unneeded as you can easily go back without entering through it.
Overall, it's an average, but good level. Fixing the cutoff should be your highest priority, and maybe think about the usefulness of anything you place and how.

This level is cool. Therefore, i think you should add some more enemies to your place. It pretty makes no sense when there is not a lot of enemies considering how much blue coins you put there. However, it was a still and fun level to be honest. i'd say 3.5/5. Thanks for giving me reply for my 1-up land. I appreciate that. :D
