I see you put a lot of work into this: many rooms and even a "backyard." You must want to improve.

Here is where you could improve:

• Try to avoid cutoff. An example is with the jungle tiles holding the water at the beginning. The tiles there "cut off" suddenly, improperly.
  
• Try not to have so many "holes" in any structures. While this isn't necessarily "bad," it isn't pretty either. Examples in this level are from the switch-controlled blocks AND the staircase in front of the castle (and a smaller example is under the sand on the right side of the "sandy room"). Sometimes you can cover these up or find a way to use them creatively without making it obvious.
  
• Use more level transitions. Two reasons here: All those rooms being visible from and in others makes the whole thing look clustered. Try putting each room in its own transition for a neater result. Level transitions are also great for reducing lag.
  
• Sometimes the decorations look a bit messy, especially the Red Coins and Shine Sprites (and a couple other items). If you weren't aware of it before - which I'm not sure of, you can align things with the grid by holding the CTRL key while moving things in the Level Designer.
  
• Also, some tiles and sprite are always either in the front or back layers. As in, (some) items/sprites may always either be in front of or behind certain tiles/items/sprites. This is another reason to test your levels (if you haven't already (or if you haven't after any changes)).

Try not to be overwhelmed by all of this! Please, take your time. And this level wasn't really all that bad, it just needs some tweaks.
In its current state, I'd give this a 2.7 --> 3/5
