this is a Luigi level Luigi has been sent by Mario to get the Power full shine sprite Mario could not do it because he is sick but anther fear for Luigi in sprite jail what could happen???

FUN 3/10
There wasn't much to this level nor to do. While there's a bit more focus on platforming this time, it wasn't the best result how it was laid out - it looked like you focused too much on the idea of the place being a jail that you didn't make much room for other things. The rooms also seemed random and unfitting, such as that Bullet Bill room and the right-hand side of the room leading to it, and that sort of killed the purpose of the jail.
Try to take more time planning your levels - make sure they will work better for other players, if that'll please you. What you find to be fun isn't always fun for others; try to find what appeals to more than your own preferences (I am sure you personally enjoyed your level yourself, though.).

GRAPHICS 1.5/5
I find your style to be quite unique... and a little quirky, to be honest. You seem to take level designing the easy way, but oftentimes you show me you possibly aren't aware of some aspects of level quality. In other words, I find that you may not know about some things that make a level good or "feel like a level." Also, I found in most of your levels that you always added a sometimes giant space that is completely empty - all on the east side of your levels. All that empty space really isn't necessary (unless maybe you're trying to remove the front layer of some backgrounds).
By the way, I am having trouble determining what you were trying to create past the point where you enter behind the bush, but it barely has any detail.
Oh, and the outside structure of the building (despite cutoff) and its first 2 rooms were a little more interesting, but they were rather abstract to tell what was really being designed.

OTHER 2/5 (3 points if without any +'s or -'s)
-.50 for cutoff (mostly because of the grass tiles cutting off at the beginning). Cutoff is a really bad thing to leave when going for quality levels.
-.50 for lack of testing (check the area before the Rocket FLUDD room. Falling down the pit there takes you right to the Shine Sprite at the end. Try to avoid making unintentional shortcuts in the future, which can more easily be done by testing your levels further.). (If you were actually going for a destructed jailhouse, then this deduction would also count for the door taking you back to a rebuilt jailhouse - probably not intended. Either way, this level doesn't look properly tested.)
-.25 for minor item spam.
+.25 for little-to-no lag or loading time.

OVERALL 6.5/20 (1.625 --> 2/5 Stars)
This level wasn't so good, but it's not awful. Having low ratings is never a trend when you're trying to do better, so please take my advice and hopefully you'll grow from this.
