Here's a few things that I saw that you could probably improve:

• This level was lacking in aesthetics. There was not any cut-off, but there was nothing unique visually. And the spiked platforms looked awkward since none of the spinning triangles used were in a uniform position, and some were fully visible.
• Going back to the spiked platforms, they did not do anything special. One thing you could have done was make some invisible fire (fire that has dimensions of 0 length and width) so that it would hurt the player when they touched the spiked platforms.
• The boat section posed little to no challenge. All you did was walk through holes in pillars and jumping over single blocks.

Yeah, it did seem a little easy. It'd be nice if you increased the difficulty, but even if you aren't able to the level is still a nice Super Mario Sunshine homage!
