I haven't reviewed a level for a while, so it figures I could do it for a bit.
Gameplay:
Sadly, the level is very short and offers very little platforming. While the gimmic is nice, I would have liked it more if it was used in a way so that the level would be more interactive and included some platforming. Like, you can use size 1 platforms in the tiny world and then use size 3 in the big world. Maybe you can try to transform it into a red coin hunt, so that you can explore a little bit more, something that would work very well with this small-big world thing.
Graphics:
Some cut-off at the beginning of the level, you should probably replace the blue stairs with a Jungle slope. It may take some practice, but it is not that complicated once you get used to making slopes. There is also lack of decoration throughout the level, some trees and such would work wonders to make the level feel more alive. I am also not very fond of the red small blocks used near the end of the level, they seem out of place. That said, I do like how the house near the end is designed.

Overall:
The level had a good concept, but the execution was not very good. I recommend adding more platforms and challenges to your levels to increase the fun factor, and also to include rocks, trees and such to make the level look better. I am giving you three stars.
I wish the best for you.

There is only one thing I will say:

I just made a level like this. EXACTLY LIKE THIS. "Mario wakes on a strange island" That was the whole thing of my level.

Sorry for the inconvenience................

Sorry Lordpat. I planned on making a part 2 sometime but posting has changed and I need help with that. I also planned on adding signs for storyline but at last minute, scrapped it. I plan on making a copy of this, but with signs.
