Only 'unfair' part would be the falling log in the very beginning. But only because you're needing time to actually start playing the level after loading it.
I need to admit that this would be the first level of yours I've played yet. It's not too hard, however that forced damage of the most right flame seems pointless to me. Even if it's only for the sake of catching the green platform while falling.

Haven't seen any cutoff or similar, but nothing good either. A bunch of items would generally create a better atmosphere, though.
Maybe adjusting the level's length as well, as it felt somewhat short to me.

Took my time to look a bit through your LDing history (Don't blame me. : 3) and do see an general improvement from your first bunch of levels to this one. However. I do think you're capable of doing better and I do expect your next level to show us what you're really capable of. : )

Will go for 3/5.

I have to disagree with Black Yoshi on one thing… I think "Unfair" is a very good term for this level. I could not beat it without moving my start position throughout the level so that I could take it on in chunks. Every platform was as tiny as possible, and the part where it required you to bounce off a flamethrower and land on a moving platform was ridiculously hard.
However, I do agree with BY's overall evaluation of the level, I would give it a three out of five as well.

WOW!!! what really unfair level because the only thing that is hard is the start of the level its EXTREMELY hard so be carful who ever is playing that UNFAIR level
