Well, it's certainly hard. On my first try I made to the two swinging pendulums, but on each successive try I kept falling down the second pit (the one with the bullet bill launcher in the center).
This level mostly just reminded me of my vicious hatred of the carpet sections of Rainbow Ride in SM63.

Anyway, my main critisism is the difficulty, but other than that nice design, and intelligent usage of moving blocks to create a carpet effect.
