Let's get the party started:

(-) ":)" is not a good name. You should put something that describes the level or its concept. It lets me happy though
(+) No cutoff. Everyone here in this site shall thank you for that.
(+) Tiles are used in a creative way, and graphics don't feel boring at any time (except for that lava cube part, maybe?)
(-) A very easy level. I can't see any REAL challenge, even without using the FLUDD. The level is kinda weak on that part, you could add some more platforming and coins to it so it don't feel bland.
(+) No lag. Nice.
(-) Small level. Just like I said right back there, the level is kinda weak in the Fun aspect, and most of the time you should blame the size. Longer, challenging levels are more fun.
(+) FF's special compliment for effort

OVERALL: Definitely not a bad level. Graphics are good, but it feels small and easy, even if there are some interesting challenges. Good job, but you can always do better and innovate a little

I'll give you a score of 2.75/5: 3 stars.
