Two major flaws:

The level is unnecessarily tall and the background messes up, showing its black border.
The second transition is very narrow so the camera extremely shakes as soon as I enter it.

I'm sure this is both not intentional, so test your levels.

The level itself is very simplistic and quite short. Please put more effort into your levels. Rated 2 stars.

You may also call this constructive criticism. The things he told you about, were more than legit to say.
A LDer grows with his feedback. So try to do better next time, keep specific things in mind, especially when mentioned more often and step on to that.
(Not blindly. Always consider anything as useful or not so useful for yourself)

I may also call this being insulted.

I wouldn't call it constructive criticism. He didn't list any positives in the level, and it wasn't in a very friendly manner. Instead of telling him how to improve, he only told him the negatives. Listing flaws is okay as long as you tell them how to improve.
