This is a small but fairly enjoyable level. Good and diversed platforming and good use of décor. However:

1) At the very start there's cutoff, aka ground tiles with no finished top or sides. Use top and ceiling tiles instead of blank ground tiles. If this can't be done properly (yes, the designer has its restrictions), you can try to use tiles with no unfinished edges, such as green bricks or lava minicubes.
2) Hidden pipes are used here and there, but hidden doors are used very rarily. I've needed to reset the level because I was searching for a pipe all the time. You should at least say that it's a door being hidden.
3) There's some lag mostly due to bob-ombs and falling enemies.
