I have rated your level a 2/5 for the following reasons:

Balanced difficulty: The difficulty of the level is balanced and is about average. There is enough variety to keep this short little thing semi-interesting.

Length: This level is too short. Please spend more time desiging levels to make something with a more appropriate length.

Robustness: Turbo Fludd and the final sling star can both be bypassed entirely. Please test your levels thorougly to ensure that there are no skips or sequence breaks. (Also know that designing around FLUDD is very difficult because of just how much more power you are giving to the player who is already pretty powerful to begin with. Again, playtest thoroughly and try to break everything you make).

Signs: You abuse signs to tell the player things they can figure out on their own which comes off as a bit annoying. Please refrain from using signs to tell the obvious.

Theme: Both the flipping platform and the pipe feel... kinda out of place in this level for me. You only used one of both and it feels wierd that they are there. This might just be me though.

Graphics: Cutoff. Cutoff everywhere. Whenever you place tiles make sure that there are no unfinished edges (you can read more about cutoff here). The worst offender of this is the Rocket Fludd room which is surrounded almost entirely in center lava tiles.

For your first level this isn't too shabby. Keep up the work and look towards improving the quality of your levels.
