I'll just give you a summary of what I think of this level:

The level itself is alright, but the loads of floating items aren't very pleasing to the eyes (like those Cave Plants and the Flame Towers). I kind of liked thinking of the "enemy spam" above the level as the audience, actually, and I think that's what you were going for. At the same time, though, the spamming of items underwater (namely those Boos and Flame Towers) was a bit unnecessary. The idea of being in a "live show" kind of thing was interesting, and it did give a bit of an atmosphere, but the level's visuals didn't really hold it up very well, sadly. It could have worked out better if you gave the level a more distinguished background (it's a little hard to use the "blue background" fittingly, the way I see it) and added aesthetics that could be looked at in at least several ways (the aesthetics here were too simple). Try experimenting with slightly more complex mixtures of items and decorations (and avoid cut-off).
