This is really good for being your first level, and you have some really good concepts in there. I've enjoyed this, even if some lasers shoot out a bit contra-intuitively. However, it could look more atmospherically, with some more tile variation and scenery to make this look like a hellish fortress indeed. 3.5 --> 4 stars for you.

I agree with Supershroom: this is a pretty good level. The platforming is rather fun, and the red coins are clearly visible and don't make the player go out of their way to collect them. Aside from visuals, the only negative I can think of is how generous the heal room is. I do like the concept of refilling health for a collectathon, but I think that restricting the amount of blue coins would make your level a bit more challenging without making it too frustrating.
