Hi there,

It looks like you put a lot of effort into this level! Unfortunately, for me at least, it was really laggy and it's easy to understand why: There's too many enemies used and everything is shoved into one level transition. Two general tips:

1) Less is often more! Putting more enemies or using a lot of Bullet Bills may seem like it makes things harder, but it usually just makes things really laggy and slow. Use enemies, but don't use too many.

2) You should only have one level "part" per transition. You have a really tall level that you put a bunch of stuff into; every time you go into that transition the level designer loads ALL of that stuff, which causes really long loading times and potential lag. Instead of making such a tall level, make a wide level, and then put more level transitions. It'll reduce the lag by a ton.

Make sure to always playtest your levels! If it lags for you, it'll probably lag for everyone else. And another tip: Remember that the player has never played your level before. When you play your levels, you know where the correct path is and everything so you automatically go to the right places. Making doors go to dead ends that are unindicated can be frustrating for players.
