This should be your best level I've happened to play thus far; décor is nicely done. 4 stars.

As some criticism, the scenery is very flat and very low at some places, making the background too present, and crouching beneath a very low ceiling with FLUDD tends to be glitchy, especially with a "sticky glue" platform, I would almost always get crushed for some reason, making it impossible to achieve the S rank. It's also not clever to put a hidden pipe when the player is supposed to speedrun, but once you know its location, the timer becomes far too lenient; it's possible to complete the level in less than 1:30. Remove that pipe and involve some platforming to reach the FLUDD, I'd suggest.

tl;dr: keep going, but pay attention to those "little details".

EDIT: completing as fast as possible and collecting all stray coins is a difficulter thing, but still 1:45 or such.

Tiles are the main asset to making a level and I thought it was a good difficulty, its supposed to be the first level in a miniseries.
