Now hold on for a moment. Asking for a high rating itself is okay as long as you accept criticism which explains a low rating. But, a single faulty rating is never a reason to ban anyone, except AT MOST if you have a really really awesome level and some n00b rates 1 star just to troll you, yet a warning is common even in this most severe case. If this happens, you could go to the mods indeed. However, both things together sound like you think any low rating on your level would be a "fake rating". This level is generic, short and lacks scenery, therefore I give it a 2 stars, but if someone else would give it a 1 star with the same reasoning, deal with it. People have different rating standards. Instead of needless threatening, you should rather focus on making your levels better and spending more time on them, then you would have a legit reason to report a downrater.

EDIT: A switch is handy to let players know if they have beaten the level within a required amount of time.

Expanding on what Shroom said, you don't actually have the power to ban other users and you can't see who rates your levels anyway.

Not enough levels do this in my opinion, so try to keep this up in future levels

There's a slight problem with your multiple ways to play. When you say Fly Guys and Koopas don't count, those are the only things in the level that can hurt you, making them pointless. Its a really short and really simple level, nothing that sticks out or anything, and there's not much difficulty even with the added challenges. I give it one star because of the generic cloudy level design and its just to easy and simple.
