There isn't a whole lot going on in the level. It looks rather dull.
Scenery wise: It needs work. It needs more color; that's what I think it needs. There aren't a lot of enemies or obstacles. Just jumping in a maze of blocks. It really needs something to look nice.
I'd say a 2/5 is what I'm going with. Maybe a 2.5/5 just to be fair.

To be honest, everything you just said is exactly what I was going for.

It was meant to be dull and lacking of enemies so that you would get lost easier. I didn't want any "landmarks".

I understand that. Still it's fact that the same tile over and over gets boring, and there are still significant spots like the positions of the power caps / Rocket FLUDD, or the pools of lava / water. These can indeed have things like coins, plants / fences, background tiles etc. It's finely possible to have a complex maze level with solid scenery. Doram has proved that a lot.

The structure of this maze level is quite nice, I gotta say. The Rocket FLUDD was a nice touch, and no lag is also a good thing. Therefore I come to rate this an average score, aka 3 stars.

EDIT: Apparently coins are always nice to collect, even if you don't need them to refill your health

Well, I guess that's the best I'm going to get out of this so thanks.

I didn't think about putting coins, since there weren't a lot of hazards I didn't think to put any.
