Dude, this looks really good.
I like the Desert + Grass combination and the clock rotating tile. It's good.
Just keep adding a little more touch-ups, and you'll do just great.
I'll say maybe 3.5/5. I think 4/5 is a bit overboard.

Maybe check out levels from LDC winners. Those might give you good ideas.

Looks already very pretty, however, most of your levels so far are quite short. Try to make them longer when that makes sense. It doesn't have to be that very long, but at least a gameplay experience of more than a minute would be nice.

About mixing grass and desert, the discrete crossover doesn't look very appealing, it's suspiciously cutoff. I'd recommend separating these two, and when you want a ceiling, you can use desert bricks on the outside, as these have better formed undersides.

And I can only confirm that the fund of past LDC winning levels is a very good school, so yeah

Yeah, I too have noticed a lot of short levels from people lately. Nothing wrong with that; just thought I'd bring that up.

Although longer levels tend to be more interesting.
