Anyhow, welcome to Cool, Cool mountain! I know, it's a little hard, but I just want to share this with you now. This is a course from SM64, so some of you may recognize it. As I've said before, rate, review, criticize, and have a say on difficulty. Here are the missions:

*DO NOT COLLECT THE SILVER STAR (If there is, if their isn't please put one)
**This is a tricky one. You spin the penguin to the flying penguin at the bottom, and collect the shine sprite. This is just for fun/aesthetic purposes.
***You must load this once you find a warp pipe at the beginning that leads to nowhere. It is a level in a level. (Sorry for that).:

You're really good at level design. Everything looks great. Ideas are great. There are some things that I never really considered would work well, but you did it.
I only have two suggestions for your levels.

-- On your snow slopes, there was cut-off. Avoid it as best as you can. Sometimes it looks ugly, but sometimes it doesn't.
-- Fill in empty space. I do this a lot. If I'm working on the main platforming parts, I leave this big hole in the terrain; so I later go back and fill it up.

I...guess that's it. Keep it up. Oh, check out some of the best level designers' levels if you can. Their levels might give you some more ideas. Also, have you heard about Level Designer Contests (LDCs)? I think you could do well in one if you tried one out, but that's totally up to you if you ever want to participate in one or not. There's one going on right now if you're interested.

It becomes "wrong" or "annoying" for us if it becomes a deliberate thing over several days just for the sake of increasing your level's count (meaning: not caring very much about doing well), without trying something new. So far there's nothing bad with it at all. Will look later into your first levels, but Veso's post already sounds promising.
