The first sign should be dragged lower. The scenery could be a bit more separate from each other. And it's a bit evil taking away some of your health away in order to move on.
And the red building with the thwomps, there was no reason to approach the pipe with flames below. I could just get pushed down through the platform to get to the pipe.

this level is only half-decent. Overall you still did great. 3 stars from me.
