It's rather narrow and flat. Although the original Lethal Lava Land is a flat squared slice with stuff on it, this doesn't mean you have to make it that flat within only ~10 tiles of effective height. It makes this look better if it has more ground.

For the volcano thing, you should better avoid putting a second level code into here though you would have to change the background. This is because there are also people who play levels from the main game itself (by going to Extra --> Level Designer) and don't know yet how to access the rest of the description. You can help yourself with background tiles, and you should actually remove the Rocket FLUDD once you work the volcano into the level (as it doesn't serve any purpose anyways methinks).
