The first thing you'll notice is how much decoration there is. There's a lot - not enough to cause lag, but still a large amount.
This is good - levels need decoration and yours definitely looks like a jungle - but I personally think you're overdoing the decoration a little bit.

It's a good idea that you put the sign behind a plant and made the plant talk to Mario, but there are a lot of typos.
Try asking someone else to take a look at it to check if everything is spelled right.

Now, a lot of items will go behind decorations - including Silver Stars.
The first one, for instance, is almost impossible to see - and there's no indication anything important is there.

If you walk to the end of the first portion, you'll notice some grass cutoff as you used another tileset there.

In the "Wierd Clock Place", there's a door hidden behind a hill that lets you skip to the stars.
This may have been put there for testing and later forgotten about.

In the Thwomp Palace, one Thwomp is within range of you at the beginning, but cannot move.
If it could move, it would be unfair. Since it cannot, it only makes an annoying and repetitive sound.

In conclusion, the level plays decently, but there are a few big problems with it:
The spelling - it's bad, and it's everywhere. You don't HAVE to put signs around.
The Silver Stars - we can't see the first two!
This is something you HAVE to get to complete the level, so you need to make them visible, or at least give a hint as to where they are.
In making a level, you shouldn't use more than one tileset to complete a landmass - nor should you place down tiles new to you - until you understand how they work in the level.

Your level is decent, but you need to make sure everything important is visible and that everything visible is aesthetically appealing. I give this 3/5.
