Oh well. If you say you need reviews, you should still try to design "normally" and then ask for that. Because this one is simply unplayable, despite showing a few interesting approaches.

These clouds are simply too far away to be climbed, downright impossible without FLUDD, and triple jumping can only get you 4 tiles high. Except if you have Luigi maybe, which is not relevant because you can't get him from the on-site version of the level designer. The thing with the piled tipping logs also seems to be unpassable for the same reason. Whatever you create, playtest it enough. I've also seen lava cutoff, this needs to be preferably surrounded with something like e.g. lava mini-cubes. I'm not talking further about the graphics, since this level wasn't meant to be serious from the looks. So I hope this is a sort of lesson for you what to not do, and for those things you should do I recommend to you the same I recommend to everyone else, which is playing professional high quality levels and looking at them. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to take the same road that people like e.g. Jumbo or awesomeguy took.

Rating standards: show
1 star: (0 - 5.75 in LDC) These levels need a lot of work. They're totally un-elaborated, and/or inherently flawed due to things like cutoff or enemy spam, or they're untested and there are too many bugs gameplay-wise, in short: Many many things went wrong in such a level.

2 stars: (6 - 9.75) These levels are not terrible, but poor. They're too short, lack scenery or they have errors and/or bugs but it's still barely enjoyable. Again, spend more effort and try to do better. (if it's your first level that I rate two stars, it's not bad. There's a long way you can still go)

3 stars: (10 - 12.75) These levels are about mediocre. They may be still a little bit short, the gameplay is fine but not very original and graphics are also solid, but not breath-taking. Try to keep improving!

4 stars: (13 - 15) These levels are nice, but not the best. Effort has been put into them, there can some professionality be seen in gameplay and graphics, they're a nice experience to play, but there are still things you can do to make it even better. Try to go the extra mile!

5 stars: (15.25 - 20) These are really great levels, those which, as said, I would give more than 15 in an LDC. These suffice many high requirements, and it already goes into subtleties if you want to make them better. These levels are successful all around. Bravo.

Supershroom is right in terms of unplayability. Additionally, you need to put some land underneath the Shine Sprite, or else you cannot beat the level.
I have made multiple difficult levels, and an approach you may want to take with the Shine Sprite is what I do in Bowser's Challenges...

...where you must activate a switch, then rush to the Sprite before the switch block underneath goes away and causes you to die.

My shameless plugs aside, it is a decent level.

A few things I don't really like about it are the lack of music (no real reason not to have music) and how you often put more items than you really need in some spots.
I understand that the level is meant to be hard - I like hard, hard levels are almost all I make - but you need to be specific in what you place and where.
If you aren't very specific about what you place in a hard level and where, those things WILL be abused.
The Boos in the beginning are a good example - a player having difficulty jumping on those small logs can jump on the Boos instead.

Making lava in general look good is usually difficult, or at least it would be hard to do well in your level.
If you're careful not to place too many, a possible replacement would be flame towers - but making the level look good is less important than functionality.

In summary, you have a decent level and some good ideas, but you aren't experienced enough in making hard levels yet. 2/5 stars.
I suggest you play some hard levels to get a better idea of what Mario and the items can do.
