This guide will explain to you the various items and abilities in Super Mario 63 as to better facilitate your own level creation.
Of course, this should be judged more for its educational value than for what it is as a level. There are no medals for this.

That is a really decent level. A note though: There are a lot of Tutorial levels in the portal already like this one, so it's basically not a new take.

That is admittedly true, but I have few ideas. I'm glad you think it's really decent, but I'd appreciate it a little more if you would rate the level.

This level is really good if you are just starting to create levels and want to know what to put in them. some things that aren't well in this level are: some of the signs have messages that are unfinished due to lack of writing space, the area where you get the invisibility cap can be gotten into by using the turbo fludd underneath it.
These problems are not that big and I don't think that they will be that bad for your level because it is just a tutorial not a an actual level where everything has to be polished to perfection.
As mister 'Jack Frost' said, this is a really decent level. 4/5 from me

Why does it matter? Ratings are just...there. Personally, I think comments and feedback say a whole lot more than ratings. Besides, isn't commenting on here basically designed to give feedback and not just an oral rating?

As for the level, this is very well designed and has a good layout for a tutorial level. It has decent graphics to give the players an idea of what they could do with their levels.
Now if you want the rating so bad, then I'll give it a 4/5.
