The level is very well decorated, contains a lot of good mechanics (I know many of them, such as the death trap, platform trampoline and the "press P twice" trick), good length and a pretty satisfying difficulty. I do agree with other people that the story isn't the highlight of this level, but I still think the idea is quite interesting.
I am not very skill with SM63 so I tend to finish the level with a bit of cheating (this level is no exception
), but to my surprise, this level is pretty enjoyable even with my skill, it's not too frustrating and challenging enough. (I kept dying at the booby trap part, the rest is a joy ride).All in all, I don't think I have any reason not to give it 5 out of 5, RESPECT!
