climbing the volcano
in this level you climb up the inside of a volcano. its not as tough as it is intense though, making it super fun!

I feel that the lava should be put at least half a tile lower than the surrounding tiles, but this level puts them at nearly the same level.
It's not a big problem, I just don't like how it looks personally.

In the second room, you didn't make it big enough. If you zoom out all the way, you will see cutoff.
Make the area larger to avoid that next time. You have room on the right to do so.
However, increasing the right side straight may lead to corruption. This happened to my level Mask Castle and re-placed everything, but I fixed it.

I teleported somehow (via the left-hand wall) and got a bunch farther up. Cheats ahoy!
The volcano is shaking now (because the camera can't go any farther out without showing the horizontal level transition).
This gives the effect that the volcano is going to erupt, but it only happened because I was zoomed out. So you don't get a bonus for it.

I teleported again, to the first area. I'm not sure how you can prevent this, but not using half-tiles in conjunction with pushing stuff may be a start.
The teleportation was probably my fault. It happens when you force Mario into something and he can't go anywhere. So he goes through the wall.

The 'hardness' of the second area is mainly due to what I feel is moderate enemy spam.
Mario faces bomb-ombs, bullies, spooky scary skeletons, boos, big goombas, thwomps, a whole lot of bullet bills, big bullies, and flying shy guys.
I'm not really sure why a Boo would be in a volcano, but that's not really my business.

I feel the invisibility cap is pointless because you don't really need to rush to get to the cage, and I don't see why a cage would be in a volcano anyway.
I also feel the volcano is kind of cramped. There are too many items in there and not enough decoration.
Mario has FLUDD, he doesn't need many items to help him up. The only actual decoration is just a rock in the wall anyway. Odd for a volcano.

I give this level 2.5/5, but I'll round it up to 3/5 because you seem a promising new level maker. Just keep these issues in mind next time.

Oh, and one last thing: you shouldn't have put the Shine there. Mario can't move after he gets the Shine: if he's unlucky, he may slide into the lava.
If Mario slides into the lava after getting the Shine, it is annulled. It doesn't count. Then, the level's impossible. It's unlikely, but still.

In short, you get 3/5. Make more room for your activity, keep in mind where Mario is, add more decor, and be more careful with your items.

Okay, the level was pretty decent (but short). However, there are some things you need to take care though:
1. Lags. HickRanger was right about the level lag. Too many enemies are put there.
2. Lava on surface level. I mean, what's the point if you put lava on surface level(i.e. putting lava beside a walking block)? Annoyances. Try putting the lava 1 or 2 tiles below surface level.
3. Too many obstacles. That might be a good thing, if it weren't too fast/through the wall.
Just small minors though. 3 stars.
Q: Am I young?
Yes. (but i'm a level creator. ;) )
