Redroboguy's Castle is a castle made by Redroboguy (the creator of this level.) It has a main lobby, a vertical hallway, 8 parkour rooms, a secret room, 2 lava fish tanks, and the king's room. The parkour is really hard. View challenges on [url]runouw.com[/url].

Challenge 1: Beat the level normally. (Collect 8 red coins. May use rocket FLUDD cheat.)
Challenge 2: Find the secret silver star. (Find a way to get into the secret room to get the silver star and to get out of that room.)
Challenge 3: Beat the level without rocket FLUDD. (Collect 8 red coins without rocket FLUDD.)

As for the level:
I like that having Rocket FLUDD is an option, but you should have only put one of them.
Since you put two, getting onto the pipe without getting one is somewhat difficult.

In the first room, to the right, the last jump is almost impossible without Rocket FLUDD.
You have to get it pixel-perfect to land the jump, and that would be fine if it's meant to be that hard.
However, the rest of that room wasn't nearly hard enough to justify it. So, difficulty spike.
It's easy to fix, just lower the item a bit or add another item betwixt the two.

The exit door in every room takes you back to the starting point, meaning you have to reenter the pipe to the lobby seven times.
That's also annoying because you may forget which doors you already entered, and there's no exit door at the beginning of any of the rooms.

The platform in the lobby is too fast: you can't really jump onto the platforms with it. You should slow it down.

The activities in each of the eight rooms aren't very interesting either.
Each one is a simple variation on "Mario jumps on something until he reaches the door". The only difference is what he jumps on.
You could make this more interesting by coming up with different things Mario needs to do, rather than eight of the same.
Perhaps make Mario go through a maze, or have him solve riddles. There needs to be more variety in these levels.

This level reminds me of Mario Party 7: it works, but it doesn't feel very original or special or even decorative. It's just another one.
You just need to add more variety. Put a couple enemies, or some decoration, or maybe make it so the eight rooms aren't all the same thing.
Even if you're going to stick to a theme or mechanic for a level, you need to add variety so the player stays entertained.
I mean, even the secret was easy to find. Maybe hide it in one of the rooms, since you have to visit them all anyway.

Another thing that this level and Mario Party 7 have in common: the difficulty is ridiculous.
I don't mean ridiculously hard. I mean it's silly.
Mario Party 7 is extremely luck based: even if you win every minigame, the CPU will destroy you nine times out of ten.
Here, it's not luck-based, but still absurd: if you get the Rocket FLUDD, every level is a snap.
There is no problem in the level the Rocket FLUDD does not solve easily. You might as well just give Mario the Shine.

If you don't get the Rocket FLUDD, then the difficulty wavers between medium and very hard.
Making Mario do triple jumps on moving platforms is difficult to pull off and will take many jumps to do; not even considering whether he lands the jump.
It would be fine if that sort of difficulty was the norm, but it's not. You must be more careful with things that are difficult to do.

In summary, I give this level 2/5 because it works, but is not interesting or entertaining in my opinion.

This isn't really that bad, but as HickRanger pointed out, the Rocket F.L.U.D.D. makes it absurdly easy, I've rocketed to the exit in one room without going through the rest of the platforms as intended.
But without it, it becomes totally frustrating. I don't like single log jumps because those are cheap.

The level itself is okay, the rooms are well arranged with the "main hub" in the middle, although you've only used one tile for the entire level. This tile also makes the supposedly "hidden" pipes visible, so the silver star secret was pretty easy to discover.
There aren't much decorations either, but the flames at the shine sprite is pretty good.

That fast moving platform in the hub could be replaced with a slower, touch-n-go platform though.

It isn't too bad, or too good either, so I'll give this a fair 3 stars.
