Here are the missions:

*When you find the fortress, locate the silver star, and do those missions, not the red coin shine.
Please enjoy. This is one of my better levels.

In the middle transition the 12-15 FPS lag only comes from the unneeded amount of bob-ombs stacked around the circle platforms. After these are killed (needing the Rocket FLUDD for it), the lag is gone.

The structure and graphics are improved indeed, though there are still a few flaws. Right at the start, there's cave cutoff (just use a grey brick), and at the end there's an unfinished pipe base. Generally, the volcano ground and the fortress walls can be a bit thicker, and you can use Bowser tiles for diagonal ceilings as well as more décor.

I say its a bad level because, I couldn't even get back to the red coin shine sprite and one of the red coins was missing during the second try including the silver star!
