Floating items at many places (items that don't touch the ground), especially warp pipes with the uncovered site at the bottom. That should be avoided.

Even with the arrows I still find the level confusing, particularly the sign that tells me to press down after falling off. I didn't land where you expected me to, so I didn't find your little secret there: A hidden pipe.
I'm not sure if you were forcing damage to the player at the beginning with the FLUDD and lava pit, but that's easily avoided by hovering as soon as you collect it.

Basically what Shroom said regarding graphics, those random "platforms" floating in the air look ugly, it's better to use actual platforms like bridges/metal/bone/snow platforms.
