Okay, first off the first area is pretty laggy, because there's too many breakable blocks with 30 coins, try not to overuse those.
Also, there's slight enemy spam here, the Goombas and the Thwomps, that makes it laggy too.
It lacks trees though, and that circle platform's radius is too unnecessarily large, which makes me think there's something at the top, but there's nothing. In fact the third area is nearly impossible, that circle platform is too fast and Mario falls off of it.

But it's not too bad either. At least the tiles are used correctly (no cut-offs), and that pipe at the end saves frustration, so I'll rate 2 stars instead of 1.
