If you're trying to force many damages by putting a lot of boos, it will mostly cause lag, but no real difficulty. Blue coins are around, you should simply tone down the amount of boos. Also, if big bullies fall into lava with low ceiling, they'll screw themselves, which takes intended difficulty away or causes other side effects.

The structure you're aiming for is okay, it doesn't make the level feel too short. You can aim for more variated tile usage on your next try, and remember to not overuse enemies. It was good to begin with, so 2.5 --> 3 stars.
