Hey, nice level you got there. Although, at the beginning, you hit into the blue wall and allow yourself to become very vulnerable to enemies. Then again, you can just escape the slingstar animation by pressing x. So it's not that big of a deal. Your level could also use a bit more variety in tilework. But aside from that, the level looks impressive. The decor is pretty decent and I like how there's more than one way to exit the stage. A very delightful level. 4/5.

Here is my overview for you:
Level quality: An easy level with great graphics, 30 fps on my computer. And try to make a level harder so that they will be more interesting. |+1 star|
In-game playing: Great decoration! |+1 star| And excellent secret places! ( But they can't be found easily )|+0.5 star|But the level was a little boring.. You can put more kinds of items but not moving platform, clouds ( Include mushroom ) and clocks. And you can use more kinds of tiles in order hat your level will look more beautiful.|-0.5 star| I think some Shine Sprites can be disabled so that the level will be more intesting, too.
Other: |First you get 2 stars| Why there are not full covered with walls in the castle ( On the second Portal link )? I don't understand. If you have some reasons, you can tell me. |-0.5 star| Also, there is a bug at the beginning of your level. Wecan pass the gate without using Sling star, and the bottom of the beginning seems kind of useless.. |-1 star| And you can press "Ctrl" button to make items more ordered.
Final rating: 3/5 star. Just pay more attention to level playing and try to use my advice.

The lack of variety in the tiles is because I could not find Super Mario 63 with everything unlocked in the level designer. Not that I have tried pressing the C, H, E, A, T keys in the menu and enabled 'unlock everything', but the tiles were still locked, and toggling the star coins just gets tedious.
I'll try it again, though.
