Well, there are some flaws in your level.

At the beginning unless we retry this level, we will always press Z and get hurt by the flame tower.
The door to a closed area is bad, we have to try again when we get there. Put a sign near the door may help.
So many bullet bills make the first level transition laggy. Try to reduce them.
When we go into the first door in the second portal link, Mario will fall on a rotating platform. If it rotates to 90 degrees, Mario will fall down and he will die easily.
We don't know we have to fall down to get the metal star unless we see it in designing mode. Or you could put a sign or an arrow.
It's not recommended to create a stair made of lava, or no lava tops. They will always make cut-offs.

Make more effect on gameplaying. You can read more in level portal 101 created by Rai. (Or you can find it on the top on the level designer forum, ~~and this announcement can be voted and can even be seen on the level portal~~)

Level design could used a bit more detail. For example there was barely anything in the level, just some tiles and many cutoffs places. It just looks bland in all cases. However the most big problem I have for this is the fact there is 1 area where I highly doubt anyone could find the metal star. That is the fourth transition area where there is a silver and metal star. There was no way anybody could of found out there was a metal star just beneath the hole. When look in the design mode I could see it but in the gameplay itself there was no sign of one. This can be fix if you put an arrow to imply something is down or make the metal star a bit more visible by putting it up a little more like how you did in the first area.
