Koopa Skylands
The land where paratroopas roam free was set as a holding place for multiple Shine Sprites! Mario hitches a ride on a nearby airship set on the island and takes to the sky!

The level is pretty short but It is somewhat creative. However you should try to make it somewhat difficult to get the shine sprites. (not like the cannon one which ill tell you in a moment why)
Here some of the problem of your level though.
1:The cannon is sometime frustrating to get into because the koopa gets stuck inside. Try to move the koopa somewhere else where that won't happen.
2: Not only is cannon is hard to get into but getting up to the cloud where the fludd is at is also. Once you manage to time the cannon to land on the cloud, Mario goes even further then he was supposed to when he hits the fludd. Try to move the fludd into that building where the invisibility cap is at.
3. If someone fails to the platforming when you have to jump into the koopa head and missed the cloud, there is no way for the koopa to respawn (unless you wait and jump into the rotation block but that's just not a great way for it to respawn)

Hopefully these tips will help to improve your level design next time. However I do like the little mild creativity you put at least.
