This is the second part of the prologue chapter. After escaping his cell, Mario sees these red coins at different areas of the castle he is trapped in. After escaping and collecting red coins from the Daziw Jungle and the Sanguine Desert he ended up in a cave area. What adventure will await for Mario and when will he get out?

Hammer time.

This level's 10-day approval time is indicative of how both ingenious and annoying it was. Prologue 2, much like its prequel, has a lot of effort poured into its design, how smoothly everything runs, which makes the whole thing worth playing through at the end. However, with all the negative bits in here, this reply couldn't wait.

From the most important to the least:



This is by and large the cheapest obstacle of the day. Preventing the teleport glitch is as easy as having your moving block (almost) touch the tiles below, but not actually cross them.

You aren't getting away with another one of those in a red coin level.



This bit crushes Mario indefinitely. Get rid of those. Forever.



Rather than receive any damage at all, Mario teleports through the floor down to the tunnel below. This is a minor nuisance, but one that could still be prevented with some more tiles beneath.

Getting crushed above the Thwomps teleports Mario to the left. Which iactually isn't intuitive difficulty-wise, it gives an advantage to get the timed weapons. Again, you can have the Thwomp stop just before the ceiling.



Be careful when setting up enemies too close to teleport destinations. They have a bad habit of immediately inflicting damage unless you already know they're there - and sometimes, even then.



These platforms aren't really too difficult to cross, but they aren't syncronized, which makes them be far more annoying than they should. Alternatively, you can have something to mark the beginning and the end of a platform's path (even if it's just a collectible, like a yellow coin).

@Raiyuuni The most longest, waited respond ever yet (busy with school and irl stuff) but now I'm back. I just will like to say thank you for enjoying my level a lot (even though there were some glitch) and I will fix them soon enough. I will gladly respond to all the questioning of the things you said to be better or removed.

1) Yes, that is also what took me a while to beat my owned level when I was testing it. Honestly at that time, I didn't even thought of what you said about making the moving block not get cross over the platform. Definitely fixing that right now!

2) Another thing that never crossed my mind when making this level. Thats probably because I didn't had any problem with the rock cause I didn't die but will be fixed.

3) Same response as 1 and 2.

4) Also forgot about that where making to close have the chance of mario taking damage but I don't think I had Mario took damage of it but will be fixed.

5) Not gonna lie, I got just a bit lazy with those moving blocks but at the same time I wanted to make it a challenge to reach those red coins/ invisible cap but I guess I should of known better this would cause people to get angry while trying to get the item.

This level should be fixed soon (by tomorrow) and at the meantime, I'll get ready on making part 3 of Mario series of the prologue! At least you enjoy the level and notice the amount of work I put in to my work.
