This was a simple level, but it's still nice for a first.

There's a couple things I have to point out for now. Keep an eye out for not placing too many enemies in a single spot (as recommended here).

But, more importantly, your level was ridden with cutoff. A game's appearance deserves about as much love as its gameplay does. There's this page from the Wiki that talks about this topic. Take a few minutes off to read it - it'll help you down the road.
